High Density Cartridge Heaters are made of nickel-chromium resistance wire wound on the MgO core. The element assembly is inserted into a chrome nickel steel tube centrally and filled with MgO powder. It is then compacted into a solid mass by Swaging. Swaging increases thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.
Split Type Cartridge Heaters are developed for temperature applications. Helically wound resistance placed inside the tube filled with MgO powder and campy for faster and efficient heat transfer.
Low Density Cartridge Heaters are made of helically wound nickel chrome resistance wire evenly stretched and placed in ceramic insulators. The element assembly is inserted into Brass/SS 304 tube. High grade MgO powder is filled in the remaining space inside the ceramic insulator to increase thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.
Ceramic Cartridge Heaters are made of helically wound resistance coil stretched and strung through series of open type ceramic insulators. The element is centrally supported by SS 304. For high temperature applications SS 316 (or) SS 310 rods are used for centre support.
